The gorgeous Taryn and I have taken the plunge and decided to co-host our very first knit-a-long. Summer here in Oz is hot and can be sticky and sweaty, not at all conducive to knitting big stuff. So let me introduce the

That's it for the pics, photobucket is giving me the freaking s**ts tonight. It has been such a nice weekend, having to do absolutely nothing. And that would be what I did. Absolutely nothing. Oh, apart from catching up on 'West Wing' and '24' dvd's, and watching 'Hotel Rwanda'. All I can say is wow. Amazing movie, amazing actors, and certainly a shock to my system about how sheltered my life really is. And how amazingly lucky I am (as cliched as that sounds) to live the life I do in the country I do.
I feel ike I ahve one of those deep and meaningful posts in me, but I think I'm all written out at the moment. LIfe is still taking some time to process, but stay tuned......

oooh, all looking fab! jaywalker is looking lurverly, whats the yarn again? love the spinning, I must get on and spin the gorgeous fibres you sent me. and nice dying, love that colour!
